

John Conte,
CEO
John worked in his family’s business for over 10 years which he sold in 2004. In 2007 he went to work for BP Solar in Fredrick Maryland. He worked in the factory learning solar panel construction. He was certified by BP Solar for installations of solar energy systems. In 2008 he was promoted to National Sales Manager. BP and Home Depot worked together to sell residential solar. John was hired to build the program on a national basis. He trained new sales representatives in 16 states for 18 utilities. In every market he entered he outsold any previous sales department that BP Solar Home-Depot managed. In 2011 he went to work for Clear Skies solar. At Clear Skies Solar John was the national sales manager. He designed a PPA for residential and small commercial units. While there, he sold $27 million in 4 months.

Dr. N.M. Ravindra,
Director & Co-Founder
Ravi holds a PhD in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology (Roorkee, India), MS & BS in Physics from Bangalore
University, India. Ravi and his research team have published over 350 papers in international journals, books and
conference proceedings; his team has several pending and two issued patents; he has organized over 30
international conferences; and he has given over 75 talks in international meetings.

Peter Kaufman,
CTO
Mr. Kaufman has over 30 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing and product
design industry during which he has developed an extensive array of industry contacts and
resources. Peter’s experience and contacts enhance his
problem solving ability. Presently, Peter is involved in commercialization of his patents in
electro-optical, optical, imaging, photonics, magnetics, & semiconductor development.

Gib Dunham,
CIO
Mr. Dunham has a nearly three decades of experience in finance, investing and portfolio management.
He is the Chief Investment Officer at Bridgeway Wealth Partners, a multi-family office, where he
oversees direct investments, venture capital, manager selection, portfolio construction and risk
management and is the Chair of the Investment Committee. Mr. Dunham has been involved with numerous emerging technologies. He is a co-founder of Sandhill
Renewable Biofuels LLC, Renewable Energy Products Manufacturing Inc., an innovative solar company,
an advisory board member of Digital Direct, IR Inc. which is a technology company developing an
innovative thermal imaging sensor for autonomous vehicles and a co-founder and board member of Owl
Peak Labs.

Caitlin Curran Hatch,Esq.
General Council & Director of Brown Fields/Commercial
Caitlin is a 1985 graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a 1988 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center. She began her legal career as a litigator at two of Philadelphia’s foremost law firms, Baskin, Flaherty, Elliott and Mannino, P.C., and Ballard, Spahr, Andrews and Ingersoll, P.C.
Caitlin became counsel to Lehigh Coal & Navigation Company in 1991, working on major federal litigation, corporate matters, including business issues concerning Lehigh. After joining the in-house counsel team in 1992, Caitlin became the Secretary/Treasurer and a Director of the corporation in 1994.
She has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of a local bank and served on that bank’s Executive Committee. She is a past Hearing Committee member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Aaron Carter,
Energy Consultant
Aaron has over 30 years of Customer Service, Recruiting and Management Training.
As a Regional Training Manager in the Energy Industry, Aaron built teams to service the Northeast Region. As a Major Account Executive Aaron managed Financial Systems for Fortune 100 Institutions.
His ownership of several Franchise Athletic Stores rounded out his P&L accountability skills to the benefit of his many clients. Aaron believes and lives by the belief that “what matters most is how we take care of one another.” Whether that be our colleagues, clients, prospects or customers!

Kim Kannapel,
Energy Consultant
Kim has over thirty years of sales and marketing experience in the Medical and Financial sectors. Kim attended Rutgers University, where her focus was primarily Ethics while pursuing a Major in philosophy. Kim was later licensed in Life and Health Insurance through Equitable Finance, Secaucus, NJ. Kim has also acted as Regional Sales Director and Educator for National Patient Care from 1997-2002. She holds a degree in Nursing and was her class president. Kim attended The International Center for Reiki Training, NYC, NY in 2014. She specializes in Karuna and Usui styles of Energy Healing. Afterwards, Kim Returned to Rutgers to study World Religion with an emphasis on Eastern tradition. She has been a private business owner for past 7 years and an advocate for Childhood Mental Health; as well as many grass-root organizations such as Habitat for Humanity.

William Leahy,
Energy Consultant
William spent over 25 years with Wall St. Firms, including 21 with Herzog, Heine, Geduld as a Trader, Institutional Salesperson, and Office Manager before being bought out by Merrill Lynch in 2001. Since then he has divided his time between Real Estate and the Insurance Business. William is a Past President of the Investment Traders Association of Philadelphia and has been a Board Member for 15 years.

James Nemec,
Energy Consultant
James has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Nebraska. He has spent over 30 years in the electrical field. He was an area sales manager for Eaton’s electrical controls division. He was also regional sales manager for Emerson’s UPS (battery backup) division, providing battery backup for many commercial companies and data centers. More recently, he was a reseller for diesel and natural gas generators for residential and commercial/industrial customers. He is looking forward to helping many customers reduce their electrical consumption and cost!
